Yes. Your vetted listing is free with no time limit, and we forward patient inquiries to you at no charge. We earn a success fee only when an inquiry we sent you becomes a booked-and-treated patient, reconciled by its unique reference — so we’re paid for results, not for listings. No conversion, no fee.
Then what does Featured pay for?
Presentation only — a richer, cinematic profile with your story, your lead clinician, consented patient stories and before/after cases, plus a clearly-labelled spotlight. It never changes your ranking, your CareCompass score, or our verdict.
Can we pay to rank higher or improve our score?
No, and we’ll say so publicly. Ranking and scoring are independent and based on our own assessment. That’s the whole point of CareCompass — and it’s what makes a listing here worth having.
What about before/after photos and testimonials?
We welcome them on featured profiles, but only real, consented material — never stock. You confirm you hold patient consent, and we add the disclaimers medical advertising requires.
